JF1 wheel rim painting set, which includes 4 drying ovens and 4 transport trolleys, from PMJ in Poland.
We present a complete system for horizontal powder coating and polishing of wheel rims, consisting of 4 solid ovens and 4 transport trolleys with the possibility of rotating the wheel rims. This solution has been designed for maximum efficiency, comfortable work and the highest quality surface finish.
During painting, the horizontal position of the wheel rims ensures much better paint flow, resulting in an exceptionally even coating and a better quality finish.
At the same time, the rotatability of the wheel rims on the trolleys facilitates accurate and convenient paint application, improving work ergonomics.
The entire system is made of high-quality materials, which guarantees durability, reliability and strength during intensive use.
USAGE
The four independent ovens allow several process stages to be carried out simultaneously – from heating to painting and firing – which significantly speeds up the entire refurbishment cycle.
