PC15, large-size oven for baking powder coatings from PMJ in Poland.
The PC1 oven is an electric oven with heat circulation for the polymerisation of powder coatings. It is designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses, primarily for the refurbishment of wheel rims and brake calipers. The oven frame is fully welded, ensuring a solid and stable structure.
The interior of the oven is made of stainless steel, which contributes to its corrosion-free, long service life, while the outer casing is made of powder-coated, galvanised stainless steel. The insulating core is 100 mm thick and made of high-quality mineral wool, which provides very good thermal insulation in the oven.
The heating elements are located along the entire length of the oven chamber, which, together with the heat circulation, ensures an even temperature distribution in the oven chamber, which is very important for the curing of powder coatings in the oven.
The oven has a power control system ranging from 5 kW to 15 kW, which is useful for businesses with limited power supply.
For an additional charge, the oven can be equipped with a divided chamber and trolley (for example, if you want to paint a wheel set, the chamber can be divided into two parts, so you don’t have to heat empty space, which can mean energy savings of up to 40%).
Control is via a touchscreen PLC controller, which is very simple and intuitive.
The standard equipment includes an internal trolley (for easy loading of fired items into the kiln) and an external trolley (on which the internal trolley is placed).
