Description
TMC, a newly developed aluminium atomising machine from PMJ in Poland.
The TMC SYSTEM is a device developed primarily for companies operating in the component recycling industry.
Our device can be used to fill gaps in parts made mainly of steel, aluminium, copper, etc.
The machine allows the application of an anti-corrosion coating in the form of zinc to corroded body parts, making it ideal for repairing aluminium body parts.
The TMC works by heating the appropriate metal powder to a high temperature and then spraying it onto the specified component under a pressure of 5-8 bar. This method makes it very easy to fill gaps and is much simpler than TIG welding, for example. Compared to welding, the much lower temperature does not deform the components.
APPLICATION
- Our radiator equipment is extremely versatile and can be used in refurbishment workshops:
- Car rims
- Turbochargers
- Car bodies
- Radiators
- Many others
The TMC system is not intended for joining structural elements. Other welding methods must be used for such joints.
It is only suitable for filling gaps and corrosion protection.
TMC cannot be used to fill holes and defects caused by grinding.
The technology allows:
• Wheel repair – For repairing and restoring major damage to diamond-ground and conventional alloy wheels, providing a durable, OEM-compatible repair in a matter of minutes.
• Bodywork repair – Application of aluminium coating to the bodywork during replacement or repair of components, effectively filling cavities, cracks and impact damage without the risk of heat deformation of the base material.
• Restoration of old vehicles – The device allows the application of metal coatings such as aluminium, zinc, copper or nickel, which is ideal for the reconstruction and maintenance of old vehicle parts. Rebuilding and fixing corroded parts.
• Corrosion protection – The device provides excellent corrosion resistance, extending the service life of repaired parts.
Advantages:
High flexibility
Spraying can be used to coat materials of various shapes and sizes. This allows gas atomisation to be used in a wide range of industries, from medicine to electronics manufacturing.
High efficiency
Atomisation can achieve very high coating efficiency. This means that less material is needed to coat a surface, which reduces costs and increases work efficiency.
Fast coating
Spraying allows surfaces to be coated quickly with the sprayed material.
Coating durability
The coating obtained by spraying is durable, which helps to save on future repair or replacement costs.
Our gas powders offer excellent quality, efficiency and reliability. They provide a durable coating that protects against corrosion, wear and ultraviolet radiation and meets the highest quality standards.
Our wide range of gas powders in various colours and chemical compositions will help you find the product that best suits your needs. We guarantee the cost-effectiveness, environmental friendliness and high efficiency of our products, which will give you a competitive advantage in the market.
