Large drying oven, baking oven. Ideal for drying wheel rims after painting and for baking paints and varnishes.
The temperature in this oven with intelligent temperature control can be set up to 300°C. It is mainly used for wheels and headlights, with fast heating, high efficiency, low radiation and low power consumption. Up to 6 rims can be placed inside at the same time.
The oven has a built-in temperature sensor that detects the current temperature. The temperature limiter stops the heating when the set temperature is reached.

The outer casing of the machine is made of high-quality sheet steel, the surface is coated with electrostatic powder, the inner lining is made of galvanised sheet metal, the inner and outer casings are filled with heat-insulating material, the door seal between the door and the body is made of silicone, and our wheel drying oven has a small window in the centre of the door. The contents of the oven can be easily observed through the window.
The heating unit is located at the bottom of the working chamber. A forced air system with a blower motor and air duct circulates the hot air in the working chamber to achieve the desired uniformity. The gas is discharged through the upper exhaust valve.
It has a heat retention function, which makes it energy efficient and quick to heat up.

A silicone sealing strip is used between the door and the body of the box for greater safety and a longer service life.
